Network support in Jeddah

Firewalls, switches and wireless watched around the clock — because when the network goes, the whole site goes with it.

Network support — from

SAR 276/month, billed annually

Covers 1 firewall, 1 switch and 2 wireless access points — a 20-person office in Jeddah. The per-device rate falls as the estate grows.

Essentials, our entry level. Pro and Ultra add faster response commitments, deeper administration and more hands-on work, and cost more.

What network support covers

Network support is where downtime gets expensive. A failed firewall or a dead switch does not inconvenience one person; it takes a floor, a branch or an entire site offline at once, and it usually happens to hardware nobody has logged into since the day it was installed. Every firewall, switch, router and wireless access point on your plan is monitored continuously, so a failure opens a ticket before your staff start calling — and firmware is kept current rather than left at whatever shipped in the box.

The work also covers the things that quietly degrade rather than break: wireless coverage that got worse as the office filled up, firewall rules accumulated over years that nobody dares remove, a guest network sharing the same segment as the finance machines. Devices are priced individually by type — firewalls, core switching, access switches and access points each carry their own rate — so you cover the kit you have rather than buying a bundle sized for somebody else.

In Jeddah: Most Jeddah estates we take on have a serious firewall at head office and almost nothing watching the branches — which is backwards, because the branch is where an outage stops sales. Bringing the branch network under the same monitoring as head office is usually the single change that moves the downtime number, and it is cheap relative to what an offline till costs on a Thursday evening.
