Both, but they are priced differently. Ongoing monitoring and maintenance is a support plan; installing a new system is a project quoted on the work involved.

Will you watch the footage?

No. We monitor that the system is working — recording, storing, online. Watching what it records is your business and stays that way.

We have cameras across several branches. Is that different?

It can be cheaper. Multi-site retail is usually better served by the branch plan, which prices cameras alongside the tills and network at that site rather than counting devices across the whole chain.

What cctv installation and maintenance covers

CCTV is the system people only test when something has already happened — and that is exactly when they discover the camera covering the stockroom stopped recording in March. Support covers the cameras and recorders on your plan for availability and health: recording confirmed, storage checked before it fills, firmware kept current, and a failed unit raised as a ticket rather than found during an incident. It is the cheapest area we support, and the one where the gap between "installed" and "working" is widest.

Cameras and recorders are priced per device on the same rate card as everything else, which means a small shop with four cameras and one recorder pays a small-shop figure rather than being pushed into a security package built for a warehouse. For retail chains the branch plan is usually the better shape, because it prices the whole site — cameras, tills, network — together per branch.

In Jeddah: Jeddah retail and hospitality sites tend to carry more cameras per site than offices do, and they are the sites least likely to notice one has failed. Bringing them under the same monitoring as the tills and the network means a dead camera is a ticket on a Tuesday rather than a discovery during an incident.
