Can you cover multiple sites on one plan?

Yes. Multi-site estates are common and the per-device rate falls as the count grows. If the sites are retail branches specifically, the branch plan is usually the better shape — it prices per branch instead of per device.

What counts as a network device?

Firewalls, routers and load balancers price together; access and voice switches are their own row; wireless access points are theirs. The configurator lists each type separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

What network support covers

Network support is where downtime gets expensive.
