IT outsourcing in Saudi Arabia
Hand over the running of your IT — the help desk, the monitoring, the patching, the security — to a team that publishes what it charges before you speak to anyone. Two ways to do it: a fully managed function priced per device and per user, or our engineers working inside your team.

What it costs
Priced area by area, not as one lump
No competitor in this market publishes any of these figures. Ours are computed from the same rate card the checkout charges from, for a 20-person office. Hand over one area or all of them.
CCTV & Surveillance
4 cameras and 1 recorder
from SAR 45/month
Network & Connectivity
1 firewall, 1 switch and 2 wireless access points
from SAR 276/month
Security & Identity
20 staff on multi-factor sign-in and 20 devices on antivirus
from SAR 300/month
Servers & Virtualization
1 physical server and 1 virtual machine
from SAR 378/month
Backup & Recovery
20 laptops and 1 server backed up
from SAR 399/month
Cloud
20 Microsoft 365 users
from SAR 400/month
Endpoint & Workplace
20 laptops and 1 printer
from SAR 1,269/month
Priced per device
Laptops, servers, firewalls and cameras each have their own rate, so you pay for what you actually run.
And per user
Microsoft 365 and multi-factor sign-in are per person, not per machine — one member of staff is one seat.
Those are the Essentials figures on annual billing. Pro and Ultra add faster response commitments, deeper administration and more hands-on work, and cost more.
Scope
What outsourcing your IT actually covers
Every line here is something the configurator prices, so you can take the ones you want and leave the rest.
Help desk
Your staff raise requests directly, at any hour, without going through you. There is no cap on how many and no per-request fee.
Monitoring
Every covered system is watched continuously, so most faults raise themselves before anybody notices them.
Patching and updates
Operating systems and applications are patched on a schedule rather than whenever somebody remembers.
Laptops, desktops and printers
Managed from setup to retirement — new starters, leavers, replacements and the small daily faults that cost a working day each.
Network and firewalls
Firewalls, switches and wireless kept configured, monitored and current, with the configuration documented rather than held in one engineer’s head.
Servers and virtual machines
Physical and virtual servers monitored, patched and capacity-checked, on your premises or in your cloud.
Microsoft 365
Priced per person rather than per device, because one member of staff is one seat however many devices they sign in from.
Backup and recovery
Backups monitored and — the part most providers skip — restores actually tested, because a backup nobody has restored from is a hope, not a plan.
Security
Multi-factor sign-in, endpoint protection, email filtering and privileged-account control, each priced on its own so you can take one without the other.
Vendor management and reporting
We deal with your internet provider, your software vendors and your hardware suppliers, and you get a report showing what was raised, what was fixed and what is trending.
Two models
Two ways to outsource
Which one fits depends on whether you want the function handled or the hands added. Plenty of clients run both.
A fully managed IT function
We run it. Your staff raise requests with our help desk, monitoring catches most faults before anyone notices, patching happens on a schedule, and you get a report rather than a mystery. Priced per device and per user, from the rate card on this site.
Areas start from SAR 45 a month. Take one, or hand over the lot.
Price it nowEngineers placed with your team
Staff augmentation: you keep the direction, we supply the people. Named engineers working to your priorities, inside your processes.
- Named engineers, working to your priorities and inside your processes.
- On site with your team, or remote, or a mix — whatever the role actually needs.
- By skill level, from a service-desk engineer to a senior specialist.
- Monthly, so it flexes with a project rather than a five-year plan.
- Backed by the same help desk and escalation path as a managed plan, so your engineer is never the only person who knows.
Priced on the role rather than per device, so this one we quote. Tell us what you need covered and for how long.
Ask about staff augmentationOutsource or hire?
What an in-house hire does and does not cover
The comparison people usually make is one salary against one invoice. These are the parts that decide it.
One person cannot cover the hours
An in-house hire works office hours. Backups run overnight, a disk fills at 2am and a shop opens on a Friday. Our help desk and monitoring run around the clock at every level, with no on-call arrangement to negotiate.
One person cannot know everything
Firewalls, Microsoft 365, backups, cameras and security are five specialisms. A generalist covers them to a point and then calls somebody. You are already paying for the somebody.
Cover for leave, sickness and resignation
When your IT person is away, IT stops. When they leave, the knowledge leaves with them. Our documentation is a deliverable, not a favour, and there is no single point of failure to recruit around.
The costs that never make the salary line
Recruitment, GOSI, training and certification, the monitoring and ticketing tools, and the specialists brought in for anything unusual. Count those before comparing the two numbers.
It does not have to be all or nothing
Plenty of our clients keep their IT person and outsource the parts that do not fit one role — the out-of-hours cover, the security, the second pair of hands. That is co-managed, and it is the most common shape we sell.
Getting started
How the handover works
Whether you are moving from an in-house person, another provider, or nothing organised at all, it runs the same way.
- 01
We find out what you actually have
Every device, every server, every account, every licence and every contract, written down. On estates that have grown without a map this is the first time anyone has had a complete list — and you cannot monitor or honestly price what nobody has counted. It is part of onboarding, not a separate charge.
- 02
Monitoring goes on
A lightweight agent is deployed to the devices and systems in scope, alerting is configured, and backups are checked — including whether they restore, which is a more common surprise than anyone expects.
- 03
The help desk takes over
Your staff get the number and the address, and we tell them how to raise a request. If somebody is handing over — your own IT person or your current provider — that runs in parallel rather than as a cut-off, so nothing lands on nobody.
- 04
First review
We come back with what we found, what we fixed, what is still at risk and what we recommend doing about it. From then on the reporting is routine.
Who we do this for
The businesses we run IT for
Retail and restaurant groups
Head office plus branches, each with tills, cameras and a network nobody has looked at since it was installed. Priced per branch so opening another is a known number.
Clinics and private healthcare
Patient data under the PDPL, appointment systems that cannot be down, and auditors who ask for evidence rather than assurances.
Logistics and industrial
Sites, warehouses and yards where the network matters more than the laptops, and where an engineer sometimes has to physically be there.
Finance and professional services
SAMA and PDPL expectations, tight access control, and a low tolerance for anything unexplained.
Hospitality
Guest wifi, property systems and payment terminals, on a seven-day week where evenings are the busy shift.
Across 20 cities
Remote cover runs around the clock everywhere; an engineer comes on site when the job needs hands. Same services and same published rates wherever you are.
