Security & Identity

Security bought the way you actually need it

Nobody buys “security” as one thing. A business needs multi-factor sign-in on its staff accounts, protection on the laptops that leave the building, someone investigating the alerts, and evidence for whichever framework it is audited against — NCA ECC, SAMA or PDPL. So we price cybersecurity component by component: per user, per device, per application or per framework, and a zero is how you decline a component you do not need.

The rates are published and flat, with nothing hidden in a bundle. Our engineers investigate alerts and keep the tools you already have — endpoint protection, firewall policies, access rules — working as they should. New tools, new policies and compliance programmes are scoped and priced as projects. We are ISO 27001 certified ourselves, and have delivered IT in the Kingdom since 2003.

Scope a new project →

We do both — they just live in different lanes. Support fixes and maintains what you already have; setting up something you don’t have yet is scoped in “Set up something new”. These examples are the line on Essentials and Pro — the Ultra level also covers major upgrades and growth projects across the estate we look after.
