No. This is support for the tenant, priced per seat. Licences are bought from Microsoft or through us separately, and we will usually find you some savings by reclaiming ones nobody is using.

No, and it is worth being clear about that — Microsoft replicates your data but does not back it up in the sense you would want after a deletion or a ransomware event. Backup is its own area with its own rate.
