About the client
The Education and Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC) is the Saudi government body responsible for planning, evaluation, assessment and accreditation of educational and training systems, in coordination with the Ministry of Education.
ETEC needed to optimise performance, ensure availability and reduce remediation time across on-premises and multi-cloud environments.
The goal was full-stack observability — greater visibility, intelligence and productivity across a hybrid IT and cloud estate.
SAT deployed the SolarWinds monitoring platform to track the health, availability and performance of ETEC's applications and server infrastructure — both physical and virtual.
Alongside monitoring, SAT redefined domain security and user policies and implemented Change, Incident, Problem and Configuration management with full ISO documentation.
