About the client

AATCO Food Industries LLC is a provider of culinary sauces to the foodservice channel. Headquartered in Muscat, Oman, with manufacturing facilities in Sohar (Oman), Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) and Nashik (India), it serves as a platform for business development across the Middle East and Africa.

The challenge

AATCO was running end-of-life and end-of-support devices, operating systems and applications, with single points of failure and limited or no redundant infrastructure.

They needed to migrate off Lotus Notes to Microsoft 365 and digitalise routine, manual processes across the business.

The solution

SAT delivered across datacenter and systems (Windows, VMware, MS Azure, Active Directory, Nutanix), backup (IBM Tivoli, Veeam), storage (EMC Data Domain, ISILON), networking and Microsoft 365 messaging & collaboration.
