About the client

Abdul Latif Jameel United Finance (ALJUF) is a closed joint-stock company licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), with a paid-up capital of one billion Saudi Riyals. It provides car leasing with a promise to own, consumer finance, and capital equipment finance.

The challenge

ALJ Finance set out to advance its business and accelerate innovation for its customers — modernising both internal operations and the way it serves clients.

That meant standardising fragmented network architectures for efficiency, and building a modern, customer-facing mobile experience to replace manual, branch-bound processes.

The solution

SAT standardised network architectures across the organisation to drive efficiency both internally and externally.

In parallel, SAT designed and built a native Android application in Kotlin — with custom UI, Google Maps and API integrations — delivered using an iterative methodology with a dedicated offshore resource.

The result

SAT delivered end to end: application development, ongoing maintenance and support, and application transformation — handing ALJ Finance a modern, supportable platform.

We received exactly what we requested from SAT Microsystems, on schedule. Customer satisfaction is truly important to them.
