For retail & multi-branch businesses

Branch Opening: new store IT setup, installed and ready to trade

Store launch, deployment, and go-live readiness — priced per branch, before you commit.

You have signed the lease, the fit-out is booked, and the hardware is on order. What is usually missing is the person who turns a pallet of boxes into a working store. Branch Opening is that: a turnkey deployment covering IT installation, device configuration, and commissioning for every new branch you open — POS, network, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and printers installed, configured, tested, and handed over ready to trade.

How we get a store open on time

A retail rollout rarely fails on the big things. It fails on the gaps between them — the network live but unconfigured, POS terminals never joined to the estate, CCTV nobody checked before the fit-out crew left. Opening readiness is a coordination problem more than a technical one, so that is what we take off you.

  • We own the go-live end to end

Vendor coordination is part of the job, not an extra. We work to your fit-out contractor and your suppliers so the store is ready when the doors open, and there is one team accountable for that rather than three pointing at each other.

  • Every branch is deployed to the same standard

The same standardised setup in every store, whichever city it is in, joined to your existing systems and standards. That consistency is what makes the estate cheap to support once it is trading.

  • We plan around your opening date

Engineers are scheduled against your go-live, not the other way round, and we tell you what is achievable when we confirm the scope. On-time delivery is the deliverable.

What a Branch Opening actually covers

We take the hardware you have already bought and make it a working branch. Engineers arrive on site, unbox and physically install every device, configure and connect it to your existing systems and standards, then test the whole thing end to end before they leave. You get a handover note listing exactly what was installed, with serial numbers, so your asset register is right from day one rather than reconstructed later.

Built for multi-site rollouts, not one-offs

Opening one store and opening fifteen are different problems. Branch Opening prices each branch on its own, so a five-store rollout is one project with one scope and one number — and every branch is deployed to the same standardised setup, whether it is in Riyadh or four hours from the nearest city. That consistency is what makes the estate supportable afterwards.

What we do in every branch

The same scope of work in every store, whichever city it is in.

  • Unbox, mount, and physically install the devices you have bought
  • Configure and connect them — network, Wi-Fi, POS, CCTV, printers
  • Join the branch to your existing systems and standards
  • Test everything end to end before we leave site
  • A handover note listing what was installed, with serials
  • Coordination with your fit-out contractor and hardware suppliers

How it works

  1. 01

Tell us what a typical branch runs

POS terminals, branch PCs, CCTV, firewall, switch, wireless. This is what your price is built on, so you only ever pay for what you actually install.

  2. 02

Tell us where you are opening

The city sets the rate. Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Khobar are Class A; everywhere else in the Kingdom is Class B, which covers the travel and time on site.

  3. 03

    See your price immediately

A one-off project total for the whole rollout, on screen, with no call required and nothing charged.

  4. 04

    We confirm and schedule

Our team confirms the sites and the dates, then engineers deploy against your opening schedule.

Who this is for

Branch Opening is built for organisations that open sites repeatedly.

  • Retail chains and franchisesAnyone adding stores to an existing estate who needs each one to match the last.
  • Restaurants and QSR groupsPOS, kitchen displays, and card terminals that have to work on opening night, not the week after.
  • Clinics, pharmacies, and branch networksRegulated environments where the network and CCTV have to be right before the doors open.
  • Anyone expanding outside the major citiesNationwide coverage matters most when the site is nowhere near your head office.

How it is priced

Per device, per branch, at a rate set by the city. That means the price tracks what you are actually installing instead of assuming an average store — a small kiosk does not pay for a flagship.

  • Class A covers Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Khobar, where our engineers are already based
  • Class B covers everywhere else in the Kingdom, and includes the travel and overnight stays
  • Mix both in one project — a five-branch rollout can be two Class A and three Class B
  • One-off, nothing recurring, and nothing charged until we confirm your sites with you

What Branch Opening does not include

It is an installation and configuration service. Two things buyers often assume are inside it are separate products, priced separately and honestly.

  • Buying the hardware — that is Procurement+, our supply and deployment agreement
  • Ongoing support after you open — that is Branch Support, a 1-year plan
  • Civil and electrical work — cabling runs, power, and fit-out stay with your contractor
