Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong technical background in NetworkingCloud technologiesCybersecurity, and IT Service Management (ITSM) to oversee strategic programs and ensure alignment with business and technology objectives. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and drive successful delivery in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities: Location : Saudi Arabia

  • Drive end-to-end program delivery for enterprise-level initiatives involving cloud migrationsecurity enhancements, Networking and ITSM transformations.
  • Lead planning, execution, and governance of complex programs, ensuring delivery on scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee vendor engagement and third-party integration for cloud, security,Networking and ITSM solutions.
  • Define program KPIs and report progress to leadership, highlighting risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Ensure all solutions follow security best practices, compliance guidelines, and ITIL-based ITSM frameworks.
  • Champion Agile or hybrid methodologies to streamline execution and adapt to evolving business priorities.

Technical Skills & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Networking, cybersecurity principles, threat management, and secure architecture.
  • Experience implementing or managing ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Cherwell).
  • Familiarity with , infrastructure as code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
  • Proficient in project/program management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.).

Job Location: Remote, As and when travel is required must be ready to travel to Saudi Arabia.

Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager – IT Operations to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and collaborating with operational teams to deliver value-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, understanding of service delivery operations, and the ability to bridge the gap between client needs and internal capabilities.

Key Responsibilities: Location: Saudi Arabia

  • Identify, develop, and close business opportunities in operations-driven service domains (e.g., IT operations, infrastructure services, support services) in Saudi Arabia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Work closely with operations, delivery, and solution teams to design tailored proposals.
  • Create and execute go-to-market strategies and targeted sales campaigns.
  • Own the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new areas of growth.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through smooth operational coordination and communication.
  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue and client acquisition targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in business development, with a focus on operations-based services.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or consultative selling.
  • Familiarity with IT operations, service management, support models, or back-office functions.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
